Silicon Valley company Pooki’s Mahi® announced today Founder/CEO Leslie Magsalay-Zeller is protecting their line of 100% Kona Peaberry coffee pods from unauthorized resellers by redesigning ecommerce packaging and bringing supply chain management in-house; transition offers existing customers opportunities to save from rising costs of materials to manufacture recyclable Kona coffee pods.

Recyclable capsules and improved packaging helps Pooki’s Mahi meet two-day shipping to the Lower 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii. Pooki’s Mahi passes price increases for shipping, raw materials, and processing fees to customers. I have zero tolerance for suppliers engaged in egregious cyber-criminal activities or unable to consistently meet commitments.”

Making sustainable 100% Kona coffee pods is expensive. There is a price ceiling of how much new customers will pay for luxury 100% Kona coffee or Matcha Matcha Man® tea capsules. Pooki’s Mahi coffee subscribers care more about the quality of coffee more than the sustainability of a pod. The Silicon Valley company is in the luxury beverage business.

Orders from existing coffee subscribers and VIP resellers distributors ship first. Fulfillment for Pooki’s Mahi Kona KaKao coffee pods will be handled out of the California headquarters or operations facilities. Pooki’s Mahi offers complimentary standard shipping to the Lower 48 states. Customer orders placed by the cut-off time are fulfilled within two business days. Pooki’s Mahi averages one day to fulfill and ship customer orders. Packages are delivered between one to two business days to West Coast-based addresses, up to three days to customers in the Midwest or Southern states, and between four to five days to customers that live in the East Coast region. Orders from the Silicon Valley-based Kona coffee brand averages one to two days to arrive.

Limited availability for 100% Kona coffee crop, elevated cost to fulfill and ship packages are driving price markups. Pooki’s Mahi passes operation overhead costs to customers. The Silicon Valley technology firm’s VIP customers did not want to pay the higher fee for wrapped Kona coffee pods. Pooki’s Mahi passes additional costs like marketplace platforms, fulfillment and standard shipping to the customer. Repeat customers prefer Pooki’s Mahi Kafpresso™ Kona Nespresso coffee pods for the initial price, two-day shipping and steeper discounts.

Pooki’s Mahi Peaberry grade 100% Kona coffee pods are available as a limited edition to a small number of approved resellers. Select retailers like international grocery chains and global marketplaces will begin offering Pooki’s Mahi 100% recyclable Peaberry Kona coffee capsules in 2019. Pooki’s Mahi controls Design, manufacturing, and distribution of the prized Kona coffee capsules. Peaberry Kona coffee is available for purchase on Pooki’s Mahi as a coffee subscription, through the wholesale coffee club or as an approved VIP Reseller Distributor. Certificate of Insurance is required to resell Pooki’s Mahi Kona coffee pods.
