Customers looking to for a semi-custom designed or fully custom designed private label Kona coffee cups single serve pods can expect approximately  41 single serve cups per pound.  Each of Pooki's Mahi's Kona coffee pods contain +/- 11 grams of Kona coffee per single serve.

Private Label Coffee Single Serve Cups Pods Production Schedule:

Pooki's Mahi orders all the raw product components before starting single serve production.  

Coffees are roasted a few days before all raw BOM (Bill of Materials) are received at the cup manufacturing facilities.  Grinding Kona coffees will be the last step.  Grinding Hawaiian coffees as the last step ensures the Kona coffee is as fresh as possible.

Pooki's Mahi's private label coffee pod single serve cups services offers a complete beginning to end design with transparent price.  The price is calculated per single serve cups pod and includes the individually wrapped pouch, Kona coffee, spine labels, and single serve cups.  Pooki's Mahi can add a custom box for an additional charge. A custom designed box is an added cost with 1000 units required priced at $2 per box plus box cutting/die and plate charges.  We will provide a template for the custom designed pouch wrapper.  Fully custom designed services is offered at an additional cost.  

Custom Design Services

Pooki's Mahi's offers several custom design services for private label coffee pods single serve pods customers.  Each private label custom design service is priced with minimum order quantities and comes with free shipping.  For a fully customized Kona coffee cups single serve pods customers can design the following at an additional cost:

1. Outside shipping box.
2. Front and back sides of the individually wrapped pouches.
3. Product label with the nutrition information, ingredients list and distributor information.
4. Box structure assessment - free of chargeif/when included.

Note: It is free to assess and recommend the box type to package the end product.  This is a complimentary service because Pooki's Mahi believes the customer's product should be designed for the (customer's) end customer.  For example, having a product on a retail shelf requires a different box material compared to packaging that requires ecommerce ship ready certified. An ecommerce ship ready certified box requires a stringent box structure to withstand potential shipping and fulfillment damages.

Custom box designs:  A minimum of 1000 units (lowest) at $2 per box plus plate and custom box cutting and die charges are required.

Pooki's Mahi's custom design services also applies to semi-custom designed personalized Kona cups as promotional products.

Customers Interested in Personalized Kona Coffee Cups:

Pooki's Mahi's personalized custom Kona coffee pods is the most cost effective solution for promotional products.  

It’s easy for our promotional products and corporate gift customers to order semi-custom 100% Kona coffee cups single serve pods. A one time set up fee is required for the first order.  The set up fee is waived for the subsequent, repeat orders.  Pooki's Mahi's promotional services offers a complete beginning to end design at $2.75 per pods single serve cups for the individual wrapper with the customer’s logo, coffee, environmentally cup and free shipping.  The single serve cups will be packed in Pooki’s Mahi’s ecommerce shipping certified box.  The customer’s logo will be in the same location as Pooki’s Mahi’s logo.  Pooki's Mahi does offer design templates for specific events.
