Unlike our competitors Pooki’s Mahi doesnot “dress up” an existing white or black colored plastic cup by covering it with a label or sticker.  This approach is a cheap approach for customers who do not have the budget to meet Pooki's Mahi's minimums.  Low minimums for designer custom single serve pods packed in an ecommerce ship ready box.  Pooki’s Mahi’s brand name will appear on the back of the 100% Kona coffee pods as required by our FAI (First Article Inspection).  Pooki’s Mahi’s custom pods have the designer in mind. Upload a personalized image and customize the pods with additional text and check out. Customers can change the design on the the front pouch on subsequent orders to fit the event or shopping experience. Competitive Analysis:  Private Label Pods vs. Personalized Single Serve Promotional Products

Currently there are two options for creating custom single serve promotional products:

• Option 1:  Order existing black or white plastic cups and add a personalized label.  This a low cost, cheaper solution.
• Option 2:  Order a large amount of single serves from a pod manufacture with a designed lid. This is a more expensive solution with an 8-12 week lead time.
