Pooki's Mahi's custom designed private label Kona coffee pods, promotional single serve products, value add services and qualifications are launching on a separate platform managing custom designed and personalized private label Kona coffee pods.  New login accounts required.  Minimum quantities are required for our end-to-end solution for a high end custom designed personalized 100% Hawaiian coffee cups or 100 percent Kona coffee pods single serve cups. Pooki’s Mahi has two culturally diverse manufacturing facilities for the private label coffee pods single serve cups orders.  The first manufacturing facility oversees and manages harvesting, sourcing and roasting 100% Hawaiian coffees.  The second manufacturing facility strives to complete single serve cup production and FAIs (First Article Inspections).  We designed the cross functional leadership team within manufacturing to:

1. Ensure 100% Hawaiian coffees continue to be certified - 100% Kona coffee, 100% Maui Mokka coffee, 100% Ka’u coffee.  Pooki's Mahi offers 100% Maui Mokka coffee (from Maui, Hawaii); 100% Kau coffee (from Big Island, Hawaii) and five 100% Kona coffee in its entire single serve promotional products line:  100% Kona coffee Medium Roast, 100% Kona coffee - Estate Extra Fancy, 100% Kona coffee - Peaberry, 100% Kona coffee - French Roast, and 100% Kona coffee - Decaf.  Pooki's Mahi's Hawaiian headquartered coffee manufacture roasts the largest amount of 100 percent Kona coffee beans.

2. Report any firm manufacturing or final pack out of 100% Hawaiian coffee single serves outside Hawaii (100% Kona coffee pods, 100% Maui Mokka single serve cups, 100% Ka’u coffee pods) to the appropriate authorities.  Single Serves manufactured and FAI’d in Hawaii (verified location) are certified 100% Hawaiian.  Customers can certify at the coffee bean level (like Kona coffee) but not at the single serve cups pods levelunless the entire product is packed out in Hawaii.

3. Ensure US (mainland) manufactures are not using non-certified 100% Hawaii coffees (100% Kona coffee, 100% Maui Mokka coffee, 100% Ka’u coffee).  Some manufactures will attempt to source green beans out of Hawaii only to replace with a non-certified Hawaiian coffee and charge the customer a higher price.  Refer to the lawsuit and article:  Debra Barayuga (September 29, 1999) "Kona coffee farms win fake bean suit:  Cheap coffee had been repackaged as expensive Kona beans for years" by Honolulu Star-Bulletin.

4. Ensure the retail unit is priced appropriately.

5. Ensure manufacturing facilities are embracing high tech security to protect product, customer and vendor data.

6. Ensure consistent execution in a culturally diverse cross functional manufacturing team.

Private Label Kona Coffee Single Serves Pods Manufacturing Strict Standards

We are notorious for firing / letting go manufacturing teams that don’t comply to our RFP (Request For Proposal) and stringent supply chain ecosystem requirements.  

Most US based single serve cups pods manufacturers care about bigger orders and will produce low quality single serves and provide extremely poor customer experiences.  Pooki’s Mahi expertise in new product introduction, operations excellence, supply chain excellence, go-to-market launches and technology ensures the end customer’s experience with the finished private label is satisfaction.  We don’t hound, excessively call or aggressively prospect interested or new clients.  Over the top aggressive sales methods is a form of cyber-harassment.    

Pooki’s Mahi’s private label manufacturing facilities uses the latest technology to grind and single serve coffee pod manufacture the Kona coffee pods.  Stainless Steel Nitrogen to flush each individually wrapped film wrapper (pouches).  Agtron machines tests the Kona coffee grind.

Pooki’s Mahi source, harvest and roast our 100% Kona coffees, 100% Maui Mokka coffees and 100% Ka’u coffees from Hawaii.  Our Kona coffee manufacturing facilities is headquartered in Oahu, Hawaii.  Per our ground rules Pooki’s Mahirefuses to purchase Hawaiian coffees from mainland US based roasters.  The coffee roastedmay not be certified as 100% Kona coffee, 100% Maui Mokka coffee or 100% Kau coffee.  Why pay extra for an unnecessary extra step / middle man (mainland US based roasters) to charge extra when we have direct access to the raw product material (Kona coffee)?

Pooki’s Mahi’s operations team comprehensively plan so the customer’s personalized and private label Kona coffee pods single serve cups are delivered correctly the first time.  Our global transportation partner is Fedex.  Pooki’s Mahi’s partnered with the world’s #1 fulfillment partner servicing m/ecommerce customers. Private label, promotional and corporate orders are picked up 2-3 days after Pooki’s Mahi’s single serve manufacturing QA completes packing the product.  Pooki's Mahi's execs measures each shipment against an FAI and supply chain score card.

Pooki's Mahi's distribution and fulfillment teams are graded on order accuracy, speed (time to pick, pack and ship), and delivery (time for the package to reach the customer’s final destination).  A team of shipping and logistics functional experts lead our distribution fulfillment center.  According to Research firm Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. published on Supply Chain Digest Pooki’s Mahi’s distribution and fulfillment centers ship an average of 608 million packages a year and approximately 1.6M packages a day.

Pooki's Mahi adheres to strict supply chain and operations excellence standards.  We are over achievers and strive to consistently deliver our award-winning Kona coffee pods single serve cups to our end customers.  Pooki's Mahi's infrastructure for private label coffee pods single serve cups are built to automate ordering and fulfillment with less touches.  Manufacturing firms are measured against a score card.  Pooki's Mahi's lengthy RFI and RFP process is geared to weed out manufacturing suppliers who are not a cultural fit.  Manufacturing suppliers are not a culture fit if there is a pattern or evidence of the following:
