  100% Kona Decaffeinated coffee pods made from 100 percent Kona coffee beans harvested from Kona, Big Island and roasted in a BRC certified manufacturing facility. Individually wrapped coffee pods for freshness that work in most 1.0 and 2.0 single serve coffee makers. Our medium roasted decaffeinated Kona coffee is chestnut brown in color. Kona coffee beans decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Decaf process. The improved coffee grind brings out the natural Kona coffee flavors for a better brew without sacrificing quality. 
  
  Decaffeinating Kona coffee occurs before roasting when Kona coffee bean is green. Removing caffeine occurs in one of three ways: methylene chloride, ethyl acetate or the Swiss water method. The Swiss water method is 100 percent completely chemical-free. Pooki's Mahi 100 percent Kona Decaf coffee pods are decaffeinated using the Swiss water method. Our customers attest Pooki's Mahi Kona coffee Decaf single serves are chemical free and does not give them jitters.
