The company spent over a year researching and perfecting the style and flavor profile of the collection. Pooki’s Mahi’s Founder/CEO Les Magsalay-Zeller believes that convenience and the quality of taste are key features for consumers when selecting beverages.

From the launch we learned valuable information: not all of Pooki’s Mahi’s customers have the patience to measure, strain and wait for loose leaf teas to brew. Our customers want Pooki’s Mahi’s loose-leaf teas in a form that is easy to brew and serve without sacrificing quality and that’s where our new pyramid infusers come in.” 

Prior to the official product launch, Pooki’s Mahi ran a pilot program with eight tea flavors in 3-gallon and 2-quart packs for over a year.  Customers provided feedback to Pooki’s Mahi’s Customer Advisory Board, which helped develop the current iced tea collection.

• The collection currently features ten tea flavors in pyramid infuser form.Each standup pouch contains 20 individually wrapped teas with brewing instructions, ingredients and allergy list (if applicable).
• There are 12 flavors in 2-quart ready-to-brew packets.Each standup pouch contains four 2-quart packs.

Customers that have a tea ritual can choose either the loose-leaf 2 oz. or the pre-sealed 3-gallon packs.

• Customers have 18 flavors in loose-leaf formto choose from. Each re-sealable standup pouch contains 2 oz. or more tea.
• There are eight flavors in pre-sealed 3-gallon packs. Reusable standup pouches currently hold two 3-gallon packs.  The new packaging will contain five 3-gallon packs.  Three gallon iced teas were a hit with celebrities at the 65^th Emmys Gift Suite and featured on Boys Before Friends TV series.
