Pooki's Mahi® 2020 Roadmap
Pooki's Mahi owns the supply chain and sales channels. Roadmaps are approved by September prior year. We expect approved vendors and suppliers to consistently deliver against our high standards. Firms are selected based on cultural fit: technology, big data, executive team, customer journey, brand journey, etc. Unsolicited pitches are ignored. Email drip campaigns to Pooki's Mahi® execs are reported to authorities.
Vendors and suppliers must fill out the application.
Suppliers sell physical products like Kona coffee beans, loose leaf teas, outside box packaging, product labels, etc. used by Pooki's Mahi operations team. Vendors sell services such as digital marketing ads, retargeting platforms, virtual assistance, press releases, webinars, marcomm events, fulfillment center, distribution center, social media "engagement," advertising space, etc. used by Pooki's Mahi marketing team.
Companies are either suppliers or vendors.
Underperforming vendors, suppliers scammed Pooki's Mahi®. We don't outsource our IP or expertise. Pooki's Mahi®team will notconsider:
Technology development - platform, enterprise, infrastructure, website, customer success center, mobile, ERP, MRP, CRM, data feed, supply chain, fulfillment.
Digital marketing - SEM (search engine marketing), SEO (search engine optimization), SMM (social media management), brand influencers, creatives, content writing (like blogs), press releases, non-journalistic content, marcom events (sponsorships, events).
Suppliers selling green bean Kona coffee - you're not the farmer.

Request For Information (RFI) are invite only.Timeline: Ongoing
Pooki's Mahi RFI Team invites vendors and suppliers pending on the business need to e-sign RFI (provide the requested information).
Banned firms:Unsolicited calls, aggressive sales calls, sales FTE does not fill out the RFI form completely, "name drops" executive names, cyber-stalks, cyber-bullies firms, scrapes emails for an email drip campaign.
Pooki's Mahi RFI Team conducts due diligence from <5 selected vendors or suppliers from the initial list of companies. Timeline: Several Months
Banned firms - Include but not limited to:Unsecured online payment system, presence or website, unsolicited calls (ZERO voicemails), lacking master demand schedule plans or forecast, not delivering services per SOW (Statement of Work) or RFP PO, blamestorming, inconsistent delivery, "big orders only,"and does not embrace technology.
Request For Proposal. Timeline: 9+ months
Less than 1% (1-2 firms max) make it to the RFP stage to kick off an end-to-end (pilot) test. The RFI number assigned to the vendor or supplier is converted into an RFP number.
RFI numbers are coded to the firm, date, and roadmap area.
If you didn't receive an RFI number, then you weren't invited to participate.
Am I Invited? Vendors or suppliers were not invited if an RFI Agreement or RFI Statement of Work (SOW) was not e-signed by the firm's representative. The RFI Agreement or RFI SOW contains the RFI number, Roadmap Area, RFI Agreement or SOW number.
Pooki's Mahi prioritize companies invited to participate first before considering unsolicited firms. RFI Team will consider unsolicited companies with published pricing. Retail pricing must be available on the vendor or supplier's website.
Pooki's Mahi refuse to hire or engage with firms listed on our corporate Zero Tolerance list or individuals that collaborated or worked for a firm on the Zero Tolerance list. Pooki's Mahi does not outsource core competencies:

Kona Coffee Pods Cost Guidelines
Pooki's Mahi™ passes additional fees to customers who buy from online retailers like Amazon, Walmart, Jet, Overstock, etc. Pooki's Mahi® approved one online retailer to sell our 100% Kona coffee pods close to the Wholesale Coffee Club price.
PookisMahi.com pricing: Cheap Kona coffee prices (subscriptions), lowest Kona coffee price for customers unable to commit to coffee subscriptions (wholesale coffee club), and Refer A Friend programs to earn additional discounts.
Additional Fees Passed To Customer: Fulfillment (10%), transportation, subscribe 'n save (10%), product listing maintenance/merchandising (15%), lightning deals or discounts (5%). Any fee increase levied by the retailer will be passed to the customer. Customers buying Pooki's Mahi Kona coffee pods on online retailers must pay for Standard or Expedited Shipping.
