Pooki's Mahi has a strict Zero Tolerance Policy; we'll document and report any reviews viewed as cyber-bullying, cyber-harrassment, or slander to the appropriate authorities. No exceptions.
All reviews, cases are reviewed against Pooki's Mahi Online Policies. The inventor of black or white non-recycable cups from a green coffee company cyber-bullied our Founder/CEO since July 2014 resulting in irreparable harm. The relentless slander, bullying (last incident was on Dec 2016) as well as mental and physical threats were atrocious. We have refused fulfilling orders from aggressive customers living in specific states.
Pooki's Mahi team will replace the cyber-bully word describing the non-recyclable black or white cups with a "politically appropriate" term. The atrocious word describing the pod is not included any of the product pages, press media; coffee pod type will not appear in any of the reviews. Pooki's Mahi team requires cyber-bullies to provide proof of the atrocious word describing the pod type used in its "naked" form within the displayed content. No proof = cyber-bullies fabricate false information.

Pooki's Mahi® customer experience policy covers verified purchase, and the verified purchase product review content. Product reviews are not automatically published. Product reviews are QA'd by Pooki's Mahi® execs to ensure compliance against Pooki's Mahi Online Policies. Pooki's Mahi reports individuals, firms engaged in cyber-criminal, or cyber-bullying activities to appropriate policy teams. Pooki's Mahi™ passes additional fees to customers who buy from online retailers like Amazon, Walmart, Jet, Overstock, etc. Pooki's Mahi® approved one online retailer to sell our 100% Kona coffee pods close to the Wholesale Coffee Club price.

PookisMahi.com pricing: Cheap Kona coffee prices (subscriptions), lowest Kona coffee price for customers unable to commit to coffee subscriptions (wholesale coffee club), and Refer A Friend programs to earn additional discounts.

Additional Fees Passed To Customer: Fulfillment (10%), transportation, subscribe 'n save (10%), product listing maintenance/merchandising (15%), lightning deals or discounts (5%).
