Silicon Valley technology company launched MokaRio™ coffee capsules designed by Founder/CEO Leslie Magsalay-Zeller. MokaRio™ is part of Pooki’s Mahi Koffee KaKao™ variety pack of mocha coffee pods. MokaRio™ coffee capsules are one of five single-origin coffees. Specialty coffee made from 100% Arabica beans. MokaRio™ is available for purchase as a one-time or coffee subscription on Pooki’s Mahi. Founder/CEO Leslie Magsalay-Zeller sourced green 100% Arabica coffee from South America for MokaRio™. The green coffee beans are dry processed. Rich dry fruit flavors naturally infused onto MokiaRio coffee beans adding body to the overall cup of joe. MokaRio coffee beans are shipped to the USA to begin the roasting process and injected into bio-based coffee pods.

The medium roast South American coffees have a nutty, sweet flavor, low acidity and bittersweet with chocolaty roast taste. Pooki’s Mahi coffee subscribers reported that MokaRio has an enjoyable aroma for the light to medium bodied coffee beverages. Pooki’s Mahi Kona coffee drinkers can taste the nutty, and sweet, bittersweet chocolate taste.

Pooki’s Mahi supply base team collaborated with coffee farmers to source strictly high grown South American coffee beans from the 14 major producing regions spread over seven states. 100% Arabica coffee beans graded strictly high grown selected for MokaRio coffee pods and capsules. Founder/CEO Leslie Magsalay-Zeller new MokaRio delivers a strong bodied coffee with dark chocolate notes and a key lime finish that lingers on the palate.
