NEWS: Pooki’s Mahi Upgrades 100% Kau Coffee Pods

Silicon Valley startup of Kona coffee cups Pooki’s Mahi announced it will soon ship Keurig 2.0 compatible 100% Kau coffee pods single serve cups priced at $40.80 per shipment on a six-month coffee subscriptions plan or $45.99 with a wholesale account; two to three day shipping is included in the price.

This is Pooki’s Mahi’s seventh Keurig 2.0 compatible Hawaiian coffee pods for Pooki’s Mahi. Pooki’s Mahi converted 85% of new Keurig 2.0 customers into repeat customers through coffee subscriptions. Currently Pooki’s Mahi offers one-time, monthly, three month and six month coffee subscriptions plans for five 100 percent Kona coffee cups, four Kona coffee single serve cups blends, 100% Maui Mokka coffee pods and 100% Kau coffee pods single serve cups. Pooki’s Mahi Hawaiian coffee single serves include 100 percent Maui Mokka cups and 100% Kau coffee pods. Pooki’s Mahi does not offer Maui Mokka coffee blends or Kau coffee blends.

Pooki’s Mahi’s original single serves were not compatible with the newer Keurig 2.0 pods single serve cups brewers. Using plastic clips that were made in the USA or overseas that often melted after the second or third use frustrated customers.

Pooki’s Mahi’s 100% Kau coffee beans are sourced from Kau, Big Island and roasted in Oahu, Hawaii. Final cup production and First Article Inspections (FAI) occurs in mainland USA in a BRC certified manufacturing facility with Kosher and Fair Trade certifications. Pooki’s Mahi always lists the total percentage of Hawaiian coffee beans used on the individual wrapper.

What customers can expect:

1. Pay $40.80 per shipment on a six month Kau coffee subscriptions plan.
2. Customers from marketplace platforms like Amazon will pay $54.99 per shipment. The added price covers monitoring product listings and ensure resellers are selling at the MAP (Manufactured Approved Price) price of $47.99.
3. Kau coffee pods works in 1.0 single serve compatible brewers and Keurig pods single serve cups 2.0 brewers
4. Improved coffee grind that extracts the natural flavors of chocolate, berries, chocolate mocha and citrus.
5. Zero cost shipping to the Lower 48 states on all plans; Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico on select plans.
6. Nutrition information on the individual pouch.
7. Certification icons for Kosher and Fair Trade on the outside product label.
