Pooki’s Mahi’s single serve manufacturing facility producing our 100 percent Kona coffee pods has the following certifications: BRC (British Retail Consortium), Fair Trade and Kosher. Pooki’s Mahi’s BRC certified single serve manufacturing facility adheres to good manufacturing practices to produce safe (food grade), legal single serve coffee pods that meet quality levels.
Pooki’s Mahi’s single serve manufacturing facility follows standard quality, safety and operational benchmarks to fulfill legal obligations and provide protection for Pooki’s Mahi’s end customer. BRC Global Standards is a leading safety and quality certification program. It has become a fundamental requirement for leading retailers. The BRC Global Standards has four areas: food safety, consumer products, packaging and packaging materials; and storage and distribution.
The BRC Food Safety Standard is broken into seven sections: Continuous improvement from manufacturing facility’s senior management, Food Safety Plan (HACCP), food safety and quality management system, site standards, product control, process control and employee training.
Pooki’s Mahi’s BRC certified single serve facility is also Fair Trade and Kosher certified. Our single serve manufacturer submits to a meticulous supply chain audit to obtain the Fair Trade and Kosher certifications. Pooki’s Mahi can provide the manufacturing certificate for the larger customers and resellers selling $5 million of our private label coffee pods and promotional products.
Pooki’s Mahi’s Hawaiian and Kona coffee manufacturer undergoes rigorous supply chain audits from sourcing 100% Hawaiian coffees to roasting and final pack out into vacuum sealed bags. The high level of transparency and product traceability is documented. Pooki’s Mahi pays fair market price for 100 percent Kona coffee coffees, 100% Maui Mokka coffees, and 100% Kau coffees sourced and harvested through our Hawaiian based coffee manufacturer headquartered in Oahu, Hawaii.
Pooki’s Mahi can provide the sourcing certificate for 100% Maui Mokka coffees, 100% Kau coffees and an official letter from our Kona coffee manufacturer's executive for our 100% Kona coffees for the larger customers and resellers selling $5 million of our private label coffee pods and promotional product single serves.
Pooki's Mahi works directly with Hawaii's estate certified Kona coffee farmers. All Kona coffee suppliers are reviewed by Pooki's Mahi executive team.
Pooki's Mahi adheres to strict supply chain and operations standards. Pooki's Mahi's lengthy RFI and RFP process is geared to weed out manufacturing suppliers who are not a cultural fit. Suppliers are not a culture fit if there is a pattern or evidence of the following:

Pooki's Mahi™ passes additional fees to customers who buy from online retailers like Amazon, Walmart, Jet, Overstock, etc. Pooki's Mahi® approved one online retailer to sell our 100% Kona coffee pods close to the Wholesale Coffee Club price.
PookisMahi.com pricing: Cheap Kona coffee prices (subscriptions), lowest Kona coffee price for customers unable to commit to coffee subscriptions (wholesale coffee club), and Refer A Friend programs to earn additional discounts.
Additional Fees Passed To Customer: Fulfillment (10%), transportation, subscribe 'n save (10%), product listing maintenance/merchandising (15%), lightning deals or discounts (5%). Any fee increase levied by the retailer will be passed to the customer. Customers buying Pooki's Mahi Kona coffee pods on online retailers must pay for Standard or Expedited Shipping.
