Silicon Valley promotional products single serve coffee maker startup Pooki’s Mahi of award-winning 100% Kona coffee single serve pods announced it is now shipping Keurig 2.0 compatible 100% Kona coffee, Decaf single serve pods with an improved coffee grind; delivering a product roadmap feature while improving customer experience.

This is the second Keurig 2.0 compatible 100% Kona coffee single serve pods for Pooki’s Mahi. Currently Pooki’s Mahi offers one-time, monthly, three month and six month coffee subscriptions plans for five different 100% Kona coffee pods single serve cups, four 10% Kona coffee single serve cups blends, 100% Maui Mokka coffee single serve ccups and 100% Kau coffee single serve cups.

Very few of Pooki’s Mahi’s customers have a Keurig 2.0 brewer. Pooki’s Mahi’s original single serves were not compatible with the newer Keurig 2.0 brewers. The work around was to use plastic clips that often melted after the second or third use.

Pooki’s Mahi took over one year to identify and test manufacturing facilities that could manufacture a Keurig 2.0 compatible cup made out of 99% mesh, 1% of #5 plastic and wrapped in a thinner wrapper.   Pooki’s Mahi’s larger customers requested manufacturing certifications. Offering a Keurig 2.0 compatible 100% Kona coffee single serve pods expands the existing customer base to include users of the new brewers. Pooki’s Mahi’s 100% Kona coffee decaf pods single serve cups for Keurig 2.0 brewers will also work in Keurig 1.0 brewers.

Pooki’s Mahi does not flavor the 100% Kona coffee single serve pods. Pooki’s Mahi’s 100% Kona coffees are sourced from Kona, Hawaii and roasted at the manufacturing facilities in Oahu, Hawaii. Cup manufacturing and First Article Inspections (FAI) is completed in mainland USA in a BRC certified facility with Kosher and Fair Trade certifications. The amount of 100% Kona coffee beans must be listed on the product packaging.

1. Pay $40.80 per shipment on a six month 100% Kona coffee Decaf single serve cups coffee subscriptions plans.
2. Price will increase to $54.99 per shipment on marketplaces like Amazon to monitor product listings and ensure resellers are selling at the MAP price of $47.99.
3. Improved coffee grind that extracts the natural flavors of chocolate, cedar, wine and spicy finishes.
4. 100% Kona coffees are prepared and packaged in machines not in contact with wheat/gluten, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, eggs, milk and soy.
5. Zero cost shipping to the Lower 48 states.
6. Zero cost shipping to Alaska and Hawaii on three-month coffee subscriptions.
7. Zero cost shipping to Canada and Mexico on six-month coffee subscriptions plan.
8. Nutrition information on the individual pouch.
9. Certification icons for Kosher and Fair Trade on the outside product label.
