I refuse to give Pooki’s Mahi manufacturing business to firms that lack supply chain processes supporting a technology roadmap, poor supply chain management and is unable to manage inventory for raw goods; these manufacturing firms will never satisfy Pooki’s Mahi requirements, and will always provide lip service (over promise, under deliver). I will not consider firms unable to provide Pooki’s Mahi their company’s certificate of insurance, lacks technology platform to support established supply chain processes, or has less than two decades of coffee roasting and packaging experience.”

Founder/CEO Leslie Magsalay simultaneously qualified a USA headquartered manufacturing facility capable of producing Kona Kafpresso™ capsules in 2017. Leslie Magsalay-Zeller designed Kafpresso™ capsules to meet the high expectations of every Nespresso coffee drinker. Pooki’s Mahi Kona Kafpresso capsules are made from naturally dried 100% Kona coffee sourced from Kona, Hawaii. Each espresso capsule is nitrogen flushed, formed with a high oxygen barrier, and compatible with Nespresso Original Line model single serve coffee makers. The medium roast Kona Kafpresso brings out natural flavors of mocha, cedar, chocolate, and citrus. Kona Kafpresso is best enjoyed brewed as a Lungo capsule and has a dusty finish.
Licensed Q-Graders and sensory panel collaborated with Pooki’s Mahi Founder/CEO to lock in the taste profile, cup quality, and extraction levels. Specialty Coffee Association cupping protocol was used to confirm the roast and bill of material specs. Nutrition information, California Prop 65 and Kona coffee product information designed onto the packaging label.
Pooki’s Mahi VIP customers like active coffee subscribers should receive a complimentary ship of Kona Kafpresso in early 2018.
